About 1o8 & You

1o8 believes that the best marketing is a perfect blend of big ideas and performance marketing, so we created the first agency curated to deliver both. The result? More impactful and effective work at the speed and flexibility required to drive modern businesses forward. Our unique, bespoke approach to creative problem solving, within our teams and with our clients, is designed to build a strong foundation of trust. This trust allows us to quickly identify and deliver the most meaningful marketing solutions – and have more fun together!

As groundbreakers in the Big-Brand-meets-Performance-Marketing space, we hold ourselves accountable for forging ahead with responsibility and humility. As a newer agency, you’ll have the opportunity to participate in evolving our culture; one that’s built on entrepreneurism, direct and meaningful client impact, deep collaboration across teams, and, at times, wading into uncharted waters. If you’re most comfortable in the predictable environment of traditional agencies, 1o8 may not be for you. That said, we aren’t fans of chaotic work environments. Our consistency is found in how we work. Though we know each client and project will be different, the way we treat clients and each other – with respect, empathy, curiosity, and a good dose of humor – remains the same. We at 1o8 are also committed to giving YOU the support, tools, feedback, and recognition to be your best – we are intentional in learning what you want to achieve and active in helping you identify paths to getting there. We truly want to partner with you in your quest to grow.

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Director of Project Management whose main objective is to lead PMs in scoping, managing and coordinating the plan and execution of design and development projects, while also being willing to get in the weeds when needed. They will focus on the delivery of high quality executions, and have an understanding of all agency projects / clients, both big and small. This role will oversee multiple projects and internal/external partner relationships simultaneously, leading a core team in the delivery of a variety of omni-channel marketing projects within the agency. Reporting to the Director of Operations and working closely with the leads of all Agency Services, this role is equal parts team leader, planning guru, problem solver, strategic thinker, and collaborator.
