The Account Supervisor is responsible for leading the management of key accounts and supervising account work performed by junior staff. They demonstrate the ability to manage up and across with peers and mentor account team members.
The right candidate has deep digital creative knowledge and experience with consumer brands. They can lead cross-functional teams to drive growth for our clients by leading with curiosity and critical thinking: asking probing questions, anticipating and addressing barriers.
The ideal candidate flourishes in an entrepreneurial environment and is both a thinker and a doer - someone who thrives on the ability to help solve our clients’ largest problems.
